AlpacaNation: How did you decide on your farm name? Is there a special meaning behind the name?
Foothills Alpaca Farm: Our farm is located close to the Foothills State Forest and so that is what we decided to use.
AlpacaNation: What advice would you give to those just getting started in the industry?
Foothills Alpaca Farm: One of the best things we have done, was to purchase software to keep track of our herd, finance and other information related to our alpaca business.
