FINANCING TERMS:
12 months same as cash with $1000 down (monthly or quarterly payments).
25% down and up to four years to pay at prime rate + 1% (monthly payments).
Alpacas stay at our farm until 25% paid for and shown proof of insurance.
Free board for first 6 months on all alpacas purchased and $50 per month thereafter.
* includes routine care of alpaca.
* Vet charges would be purchaser's responsibility.
Purchaser is responsible for mortality insurance coverage for at least the amount financed.
The registration of the financed alpacas and any crias will remain in our name until paid in full.
Purchaser and their guest are welcome to visit their alpacas at our farm at any time.
We will be happy to tailor a payment plan that will fit your budget. Let's talk!
**Financing terms on alpacas consigned for sale with Straightfork Farm are up to the owner of the alpaca and may be different than those listed here.**
BOARDING AND TRANSPORTATION:
All Straightfork alpacas are eligible for 6 months no-cost board when purchased. This includes all routine care such as worming, toenail trimming and even shearing. Any veterinary bills are the responsibility of the alpaca's owner, and we do suggest insuring any animals not in your own care.
Straightfork Farm will provide delivery of purchased alpacas free of charge within 300 miles of our farm. Outside that area, a fee will apply.
**Animals which are consigned for sale at Straightfork are not eligible for free board or transport.**
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:
Each alpaca purchased from Straightfork Farm will come with a complete care history, including records of all vaccinations, wormings, breedings, births, illnesses,etc, recorded from the alpaca's time on our farm.
Pregnant females come with a 30 day live cria guarantee. If the female does not produce a cria which lives 30 days, we will re-breed the female at no charge.
Maiden females are backed by a full reproductive guarantee and a female will be replaced if it is determined that she is unable to get pregnant or to carry a cria to term.
Males sold as breeding quality are backed by a full reproductive guarantee and will be replaced if unable to sire crias.
Terms and conditions of all guarantees are part of a purchase contract which will be written on any alpaca purchased at Straightfork Farm.
