FINANCING TERMS:
For sales in excess of $5,000, the usual arrangement includes 1/4 to 1/2 of purchase price down. Prefer balance be paid within 12 months of contract date. These 12 months are treated the same as cash. For financing in excess of 12 months, a flat fee is added to the monthly payment depending on the balance due.
Other arrangement can be made on an individual basis depending on the amount of the sale and the length of time being considered.
BOARDING AND TRANSPORTATION:
Boarding included for 90 days. After 90 days, $3/day for board (includes routine worming vaccination & nail care.) Any additional expenses incurred (vetterinary care, birthing, treatment for any condition contracted after the sale) will be added at cost.
Transportaion within 100 mile radius will be included in any sales of $10,000 or more. Buyer assumes responsibility for arrangments and payment of transportation in excess of 100 miles unless other arrangements are made at the time of the sale.
