Purchase Financing, Terms and Conditions

FINANCING TERMS:
Financing is available on most purchases for Little Slice of Heaven alpacas, with the exception of pet quality males. I require a minimum of 25% down. Then, I try to work with each buyer individually to determine the length of the financing period for the remaining balance, according to what would work best for his/her own situation. Currently my finance charge on the remaining balance is 3%. I also broker the sale of alpacas for other breeders. Feel free to contact me to discuss your individual financing needs.
BOARDING AND TRANSPORTATION:
Since I board my alpacas at another alpaca farm, I am not able to offer long term boarding. However, I am able to board your purchased alpacas for a couple of months while you finish getting your farm ready to bring them home. Boarding fees are $3.00/day.
Free delivery is available on any alpacas purchased from Little Slice of Heaven Alpacas, except for pet quality males, within a 300 mile radius of Kansas City, MO. If your farm is outside of this range, I will deliver them for a nominal fee or I will help you find an experienced alpaca transporter to bring your alpacas to you. I have worked with many transporters in the past and have my personal favorites.
I also broker the sale of alpacas for other breeders. If the alpacas purchased belong to another breeder, transportation can be negotiated between the buyer and that breeder on an individual basis.
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:
All alpacas purchased from Little Slice of Heaven Alpacas are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase. Buyers have the right to a prepurchase exam of any alpaca, by a vet of their choice, at the buyer's expense. All bred females are warranted to deliver a live cria, with a 72 hour live birth guarantee or I will rebreed that female at no cost to the buyer except for transportation, veterinary expenses and general boarding fees. Alpacas sold as breeding males are warranted to be able to produce a preganancy in a female. Pet quality males and fiber alpacas are sold with no breeding guarantees.
