FINANCING TERMS:
Option 1- 30% down, monthly payments for 18 months NO INTEREST!
Option 2- 20% down,monthly payments for 1-4 years,1% overprime adjusted annually.
Option 3 - Fixed rate agreed upon by both buyer and seller.
If these options don't work for you - give me a call and we will try to find something that will work! This needs to be a win - win situation for both of us!
Buyers must obtain insurance for alpaca coverage in the amount of the purchase price, listing sellers as lost payee, until debt is paid.
Registration will be transferred when the final payment is received and has
cleared the bank.
BOARDING AND TRANSPORTATION:
Boarding after sale: Free board for 60 days then $3 per day for each alpaca, $4 for lactating dams,$1 for cria until cria is 4 months old. All board increases $1 per alpaca Dec - March.
We offer Free delivery anywhere in Ohio with an alpaca purchase.
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:
Unless stated otherwise, every alpaca we sell comes with a reproductive guarantee and we stand behind that. The only exception to that would be our fiber or pet quality alpacas. Also provided is a 60 day "live birth" guarantee with all breedings.
