FINANCING TERMS:
20% down and 1 year financing. Interest rate to be 1% above prime.
90 days same as cash.
BOARDING AND TRANSPORTATION:
Will board 60 days free after purchase. After 60 days, normal boarding fee of $3.00 a day will apply. No board charged for nursing cria.
Birthing fees will apply if cria to be born on our place. Will keep mom/cria 30 days with no boarding fee after birth for rebreeding. After 30 days, boarding fee will be $3.00/day for the mom. No charge for a nursing cria.
Delivery: It will be the responsibility of the Buyer to make arrangements for delivery. However, call to discuss, because every situation is different and we can be flexible.
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:
Live birth guarantee for 5 days. Reproductive gaurantee. Contract will have details
