FINANCING TERMS:
Celestine Ridge Alpacas understands your desire to enter into this industry. We also understand how difficult it can be to get financing from banks for an agricultural venture. We will design a purchase/payment plan to fit your needs. Simple interest loans at a low percentage rate with up to 48 months to pay. We will provide short term financing with no interest for up to 24 months!!Depends on the down payment and length of financing. Please ask, we are here to help you get started. We have responded to the current economic slump by lowering our prices on fantastic breeding stock. Now may be the best time to get into the alpaca business and utilize the section 179 deductions. Let Uncle Sam help you get started in the alpaca business. All pet/ fiber alpacas must be paid in full. We do ask that all out of state buyers pay at least 50% of the purchase price before they may take possession. In state buyers are required to pay 30% of purchase price before they are allowed to take possession.
Brokered animals are subject to selling farm's terms.
BOARDING AND TRANSPORTATION:
Boarding is offered free for 60 days on all breeding stock when Celestine Ridge is the seller. Board is discounted 50 cents per day from our current advertised rates for any alpaca purchased from us. Brokered alpacas and non-breeders included. See our listing under agistment for current information. Delivery to your farm is usually included, but negotiable. We work with several transporters for out of state sales.
Brokered animals are subject to selling farms terms and are negotiable.
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:
All bred females sell with a live birth guarantee of 15 days. Our sales contract will state all the details. All animals come with complete medical records.
All breeding stock is sold with reproductive guarantees.
No Breeding stock has had splints applied, or had surgery to correct a conformational or anatomical defect.
Brokered alpacas may be subject to different guarantees. All will be clearly stated in the contract.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
For financed purchases, buyer will be required to sign a purchase and finacing agreement. Alpacas must be insured at buyer's expense naming Celestine Ridge Alpacas as loss payee for the financed amount. No financed alpacas will have registration papers transferred into buyer's name until full payment is received. All offspring will be registered in seller's name until note is paid in full.
