FINANCING TERMS:
When purchasing breeding stock, a 25% down payment will be required. The remaining balance can be financed interest-free for up to 36 months, OAC. You may take possession when your alpaca is 50% paid for, providing regular monthly payments are maintained. You will be asked to insure the alpaca for at least the amount owing with us named as loss co-payee. Ownership registration will be transferred to you once your alpaca has been paid for in full. Companion/fiber quality alpacas can be held with 50% down. The balance will be due at the time you take possession of your new alpaca.
Your alpaca purchase will include complete veterinary and production records, a copy of The Camelid Companion “how-to” book, and a halter and lead for each alpaca. If your purchase includes a breeding female, you will also receive a cria kit and a copy of Llama and Alpaca Neonatal Care book.
We can help you with:
1) Locating feed, equipment and alpaca-experienced veterinarians and shearers in your area.
2) Training in herd health tasks: nail trims, injections, body scoring, etc.
3) Understanding your fleece histogram results.
4) Assessing your alpacas' strengths and weaknesses, and choosing appropriate mates.
Multiple purchase discounts are available on both breeding quality and pet/fiber alpacas.
Complimentary gelding companion available with herdsire purchase, if needed.
BOARDING AND TRANSPORTATION:
We are happy to provide free boarding for 6 months with the purchase of any breeding quality alpaca; 60 days free boarding with the purchase of a companion/fiber alpaca. Free professional transport within the 48 contiguous states included with the purchase of a breeding animal; free delivery within 100 miles on purchase of companion/fiber alpacas.
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:
All alpacas are healthy, up-to-date on immunizations and worming, and have tested BVDV negative. Full reproductive guarantee on breeding stock, including 30-day, live cria guarantee for bred females. We will be happy to provide further information, fleece samples and health/reproduction records upon request.
