FINANCING TERMS:
3% discount for lump sum cash payment (100%)
6 months 0% interest
12 months 6% interest
BOARDING AND TRANSPORTATION:
Any sales will include, in purchase price, 30 day boarding at the farm the animal is currently at. Most animals are at our farm. Buyer will need to arrange for transportation for purchased animals.
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES:
Like most other farms, all of our animals are sold with reproductive guarantees, unless otherwise stated. Also all of our females will carry a live birth guarantee.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All maiden females are sold with one breeding to any male solely owned by Alpacas of Greater Tennessee.
We reserve the right to deny breedings to Suri/Huacaya crosses, or any female who has thrown a huacaya. We also reserve the right to deny breeding to any female who is too closely related to the desired herdsire.
