Santana's Mocha Nirvana

Dark Brown, 30405585, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian

Mocha has put two beautiful female cria on the ground - Spresso and Mocha's Latte. Both have very typee heade, great conformation and wonderful fiber. Spresso's very dense with great staple length. Latte has density, finess, crimp, and we'll know about staple length next year, as she was shorn very late this year. Mocha has great conformation and bearing. She's the most friendly and affectionate alpaca in the herd. A beautiful dark brown, she's had dark brown and medium fawn by the same herdsire,

  Highland Oberon
    Light Brown, 1194906, Full Peruvian

Oberon has grown into a stunning herdsire. As a juvenile his fiber looked great, as evidenced by his 2005 awards. The color champion regularly came from his class. As a yearling, his presence became just as impressive as his fiber and conformation. He is out of an AOBA 2000 Reserve Color Champion bay black female and Highland Lochinvar. Lochinvar (out of Snowbelt's 5P Capuccino) has placed in over 10 classes of the best white males in the country, including a blue ribbon at MAPACA. Not bad for a guy out of a brown sire! The goal in breeding to Lochinvar was to improve the fiber of the dam without sacrificing her color. His light brown fleece is dense, bundled, and crimpy from tail to topknot. Judges really can't say enough nice things about his presence, conformation, and fiber. His most recent 1st place AND RESERVE COLOR CHAMPION award at the 2007 North Carolina Celebration was as affirmation that he continues to be judged as one of

1/2 interest owned by Doug and Heather Armstrong. They saw her as a month old cria, and were blown away by her dense crimpy fiber. Her typee head and gentle disposition make her extremely attractive to visitors. She was recently described by a judge as "phenotypically perfect". As she matured, she placed higher in each show in which she appeared .
