Dante's Creek

True Black, 821493, 1/2 Peruvian

Nicely proportioned experienced dam. Creek is one of those girls who quietly takes her place in your herd and produces very nice offspring for you every year. She birthed her 2005 daughter with no effort and nurtured her with excellent results. Her 2006 son, also out of My Peruvian Chance , is sure to be a show stopper, and was sold at 2 months of age.

Creek has very nice coverage, good expression of crimp, and good density. Her 05 daughter is a beautiful true blue black Chance girl. We have rebred her to our champion silver gray, Sterling Apocalypse for an August 2007 cria. We will include a REBREED to CHARLES P. ATLAS to be used after she delivers this cria.

  My Peruvian Chance
    True Black, 816391, Full Peruvian

Chance will be standing stud in WI for the summer. He will return mid September to resume breeding duties in OHIO.

Chance is a full Peruvian BLACK herdsire with outstanding coverage and fleece character from base to tip. His fleece is extremely dense and finely crimped. He is strongly built and has an excellent disposition. His bloodline is rare to the U.S. since his sire, CPeruvian Timo resides in Canada. His dam, Peruvian Columbine, was imported through Canada from Peru, and has had two black offspring when bred to black.

Chance cria can now be seen under the progeny links shown below. Note the consistency of the square conformation and erect presence that he has stamped on his off-spring. They have also inherited outstanding fiber character. 2004's 3 cria have proven themselves in the showring with first, second, and third place positions. His 2004 and 2005 cria have followed in their predecessors footsteps. He has a high percentage of black off-spring

Lovely, compact Chance daughter, Lil produced one of our most beautiful Charles P. Atlas daughters of 2008. We loved the result so much that we rebred Lil to Charles for a May 2009 cria. Charlotte, her 2008 cria is pictured at the right of this listing.

Lil has very correct conformation, bite, and body proportion. She is a petite girl with excellent coverage and a dense true black crimpy fleece. As she has gotten older, a good deal of gray has begun to show up in her fleece. Our plan if we still owned her in 2009, would be to breed her for gray the next time. We will include a breeding in 2009 to either Sterling Apocalypse, Silver Titanium, or you may choose to return once again to Charles when you see what they produce together. A choice of any of our herdsires is available for her next breeding.

Like her dam, she breeds easily, births without issues, and produces a generous amount of milk for her cria. All traits we prize highly in our herd!
