MICH Soo Ste. Marie  (AOBA Color Champion)

Listed at $12000 by Dennis Sczomak & Angie Wolney of Ann Arbor, MI

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Soo Ste. Marie is a 1/2 accoyo female with exceptional fleece, which has a very soft handle, is locked to the skin, exhibits greasy luster, is consistent throughout, and covers all the way to her toes. Her fleece is complemented by her exceptional conformation - solid bone, very upright and correct posture, flat topline, and excellent width across her chest.

Soo won Color Champion in her halter class at the 2010 AOBA Nationals, where Judge Amanda VandenBosch called her "the complete package", and commented on her very consistent lock, fineness, and silky-soft handle throughout her fleece. Soo has stood at the top of her class in every show she has entered as a yearling, and took 2nd place in a tough class in her only show as a juvenile.

Soo's sire, Maelstrom's Peruvian Boomerang, is medium brown with a white neck ring, and has a history of show ribbons. His fleece has high luster and is locked to the skin. Soo's dam is our DDF Peruvian Tsunami, a 3/4 accoyo with fine penciled locks and stellar bloodlines of Uribe and Bruxo.

With Soo Ste. Marie's exceptional fleece and conformation, we know she will make an excellent production female.
