  Snowmass Highland Myst
    White, 830244, Full Peruvian

Highland Myst is g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s! An alpaca with impeccable conformation and a great head. One of the very few with a true Merino type fleece with Vicuna fineness. Dense, Dense, Dense, FINE, FINE, FINE. Highland Myst took 1st and Reserve Champion in Santa Fe. He has the ability to produce color due to a patch of medium fawn on the left side of his neck. Highland Myst comes from great lineage with his sire being Snowmass Accoyocusani (Elite Breeding male - Accoyo/Macusani multi Champion) and his grandsire being PPPeruvian Augusto.

PPPeruvian Augusto sold for $226,000 and was the highest selling huacaya male. His dam, PPPeruvian Edelweiss, has produced many Champions. Great genetics to add to your breeding program!

******Highland Myst's Dam, PPPeruvian Edelweiss (DOB 1995), sold at the February 2005 Snowmass Auction for $47,000!!!

ZZ Amy

Listed at $4000 by Dave Zandberg & Sue Zofchak of Dallas, OR

Amy is the daughter of our Bay Black girl Ruth's Negrita or "Ruthie" and Snowmass Highland Myst, owned by Lilly of the Valley Alpacas. She is exactly what we were hoping for with a very dense, beautiful fleece color. Amy is a very robust girl- she has outgrown 3 older crias born within the prior month.
Amy is named after BD Amy, a "special friend" of Sue's from Bonny Doon Alpacas, who lived to be almost 23 years old and had passed away a week prior to Amy's birth. Comments on her spinoff scorecard include " nice yarn in a competitive class".
Also special thanks to our neighbor Amy Gilson, who looked after Amy for a few hours after her birth, and to Nancy Lilly for breeding Ruthie for us.
