CHASE TAVERN Snowpuff

White, 1178166, Full Peruvian

Snowpuff is just that--like a puff of snow! She is a big boned girl with solid conformation. In full fleece, she looks like her fleece is never ending! She could use a bit more density, so that is a consideration for her in breeding decisions. Snowpuff is even tempered and even pregnancy does not seem to change her gentle, easy going personality. Even our vet has commented that she is one of the easiest adult alpacas she has worked with. All three of Snowpuff's cria have arrived with no complications and she took to her role as a mother beautifully. Plenty of milk and lots of caring for her crias. She is bred to our own Bennie and due fall of 2009.
Snowpuff is full Peruvian and 1/2 Accoyo. She is out of 6Peruvian Accoyo Powerball.
She is one of our favorites and she and her cria seem to have an unusual bond. You will find at least two of the three cria right by her most of the time. They lay down together, sleep close to each other, and often even eat together. What a famil

  Express' Peruvian Little Bear
    Dark Brown, 30017725, Full Peruvian

1/2 Accoyo full peruvian son of CPeruvian Accoyo Express. Little Bear has dense fleece with full covereage down his legs. He has very nice consistent crimp, a great typey head with full top knot and excellent conformation. He has the typical accoyo look. He has dark points on his face and legs and with his sire's ability to throw color, Little Bear should follow in his footsteps. Little Bear has done very well in the shows. His most recent ribbons - a 2nd at IAOBA behind the Color Champion, judges comments included "realy lovely fleece on this guy. Great fineness and density." 1st at Midwest Alpaca Fest. Northern Illinois show at Grayslake another blue for Little Bear. Comments included "he is a breeding male who is retaining the fineness in his fleece". IAOBA show 2009 1st place. Judge commented that he really appreciated a breeding male of his age retaining the fineness.

WILLOW GLEN'S SNOWY CREEK

Listed at $1000 by MARY IANNI & TIM KAMHOLZ of Capron, IL

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Snowy Creek is continuing in the footsteps of both her mother and her half sister. She is easy going, laid back, and a joy to handle. Maybe a tad more full of herself than her Mom and half sister, but she seems to be calming down as she matures. And we expect that she will follow in her mother's footsteps of being an awesome mother when her time comes.

Snowy Creek could use a little more density in her fleece. Her coverage is good as is her conformation. She is a big boned girl and ready to be bred. We are tight on room and cannot not breed her at this time as it would make it too crowed for the females.

Snowy Creek comes with a breeding to any of our herdsires that you wish if we have not already bred her.
