PVA Ashley

Light Fawn, 812683, Full Peruvian

Ashley has been the backbone of our breeding program. She is 3/4 Peruvian and both a Guellermo and a Pluro granddaughter. All her cria born on our farm have been ribbon winners with the last year’s cria, El Capatan, earning both a blue ribbon and reserve championship. She brings both density and strong bone to all her cria. She delivers easily and is a very good mom. We are extremely excited for next year’s cria due in July as she is currently bred to Champion The Monk's Oliver.

  Black Icecapade
    Bay Black, 822922, Peruvian

We are confident that Black Icecapade is one of the top five black herdsires in the USA. He has the densest, crimpiest, most bright black fleece we have ever seen and he passes his great characteristics onto his offspring! Black Icecapade produces deep colors even when bred to white Peruvians. He has also thrown many silver, rose-grey and indefinite colored offspring out of brown and beige females with no silver genetics in the pedigrees!

Crooked Creek's El Capatan  (Reserve Champion)

Listed at $4500 by Bill & Diane Magee of Poughquag, NY

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

El Capatan inherited his sire's, Black Icecapade, proud presence. "Cappy's" attributes include extremely dense and bright fleece, great bone density and confirmation that have earned him two blue ribbons and a reserve championship. We are so impressed with this animal that we have bred him to one of our most promising maidens Queen Isabella.

As we already own the 1/2 brother, we are offering for sale this great junior herd sire. He would make an excellent addition to any farm and we have every reason to believe that he will produce champion cria like his father and 1/2 brother before him.
