Vic Jr's Liberty Girl (with cria)

Dark Rose Grey, 1197464, 1/4 Chilean, 3/4 Peruvian

For the first time in 10 years we had 100% female cria at Stonyridge in 2009. That means opportunity for you. We're committed to maintaining a small herd, so we're offering several girls for your review. Top quality females for unbeatable prices. We now have Libby's daughter Allusion working in the herd, so are offering this lovely lady. Liberty Girl is a blue ribbon show girl, and now has produced blue ribbon offspring in silver and rose. If you are looking for a dependable producer of quality kids, who is an AWESOME mother, Libby is your girl.

Her fleece is a rich dark rose grey with a great first histogram of 19.9/5.0/25.1/3.7 and excellent coverage, density, and staple length. She has maintained wonderful fleece stats & now at 6 years old produces the heaviest shear weight of the herd while maintaining excellent histogram numbers for a "working girl".

  Xanadu After Hours
    True Black, 1166965, 1/2 Chilean, 1/4 Peruvian, 1/4 Other/Unknown

Meet Xanadu After Hours, co-owned with Peaceful Valley Alpacas. Perfect phenotype and classic pedigree describe this stunning proven male. He's a wonderful combination of elite fleece (Caligula bloodline) and generations of color.

The judges agree with our assessment of his potential with 3 times 1st Place and Reserve Champion, 1st Place at 2005 GWAS, 2nd Place at AAA Futurity, and 2nd Place at 2005 AOBA Nationals. He is a stunning boy with an amazing temperament.

Now with over 30 cria on the ground it is clear that After Hours is delivering in the breeding barn. We can safely say (as safe as genetic predictions can be) that After Hours is consistently producing cookie cutter replica's of himself. From deep black & grey color & pedigree he has produced black or grey in 11 of the 12 black & grey dams bred to him. Females that bring other colors both in phenotype & genotype he tends to let the dam's color come through.

Stonyridge Jazz After Midnight Sold!

Listed by Linda & Wayne Buttolph of Oregon City, OR

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Jazz After Midnight, named in honor of his awesome sire, After Hours and paternal grandsire, ‘Round Midnight, has a lot going for him. He is a stunning young male with correct boxy conformation, upright presence even at this young age, the gorgeous head expected from After Hours, and his rich deep bay black fleece covers his frame in tight crimpy bundles.

His dam, Liberty Girl, has consistently produced knockout kids. Her first three are from breedings to silver grey Aussie Rockford, and resulted in silver Allusion, and rose grey Arrakis and Encore. This heady dose of grey genetics from his dam, and the black and grey from After Hours give Jazz a solid pedigree of color.

Jazz has show boy written all over him, and he will be a joy to add to next year’s show kids.
