Snow's White Rain

White, 30803466, 5/8 Peruvian

Rain weighed 17.2 at birth. Two months later she was eating crunch and weighed nearly 40 pounds. Her fleece is very bright and showing a bold crimp with good density and fantastic staple (approx 5 inches in 2009 clip). We showed her at The MOPACA Invitational in March of 2008 but the competition was a little too tough. She did very well though and even got a second look from the judge. She has color in her background and Snowmaster and Augusto lineage from her dam. Rain has been bred to BHA PERUVIAN WHITE THUNDER and will is due late May 2010. Oh my gosh, what a cria this will be! White Rain and White Thunder, think of the possibilities. We're waiting patiently.

UPDATE: Rain delivered a healthy female on June 15. She has been named Manhattan Lady and is one of the best we've had. Rain and Thunder did a great job. This cria has fantastic fleece. We'll include her in a package with her dam and encourage the buyer to show her in the spring! We're leaving Rain open unt

  BHA Peruvian White Thunder
    White, 1086935, Full Peruvian

White Thunder Produces All Colors - Even Greys!

Producing color from both colored dams and white dams. From Modern Greys & True Blacks to browns, fawns, and elite whites. (When bred to a blue-eyed grey dam, Thunder produced a solid true black female cria with dark eyes.) He is giving us many black crias when bred to black dams and grey crias when bred to grey dams. We are thrilled with the quality of his offspring. His crias are just starting to hit the show ring - bringing home the ribbons, including BLUE and Color Champion ribbons!

White Thunder is an exquisite combination of Accoyo El Nino/Caligula and Hemingway genetics. He has a dense topknot on a great body - large, thick bone, extremely fine hand, high frequency AND high amplitude ELITE fleece with beautiful crimp from skin to tip, and is he ever dense!

Manhattan Lady "Mandy" is such a pleasure to be around. This female is so sweet. She talks to me every time I go to do chores. We were so happy when this little gal was born. She was her dam's first cria and it's always a bit scarey for me when a female gives birth for the first time! But no dissapointments here. Mandy has beautiful fiber, long staple, soft hand and uniform crimp along with perfect conformation and bite. I was very impressed the first time I saw her sire, White Thunder. We hoped that he'd be a good match with Rain and we were right. I'll be glad to send you a sample of Mandy's fleece and hope to get more pictures when the weather is a bit nicer.
Mandy took 5th in a very competitive class. Not bad for her first time out and a Level IV show. She's still available for you! Hands down the sweetest, most social alpaca on the farm.

Mandy is included in our New Marketing Program. In order to do this, we had to drastically reduce her price. This is great for you!!! You'll get a wonderful female at a fantastic price! Call today for an appointment to meet Mandy in person and discuss the details of her purchase.
