Got fineness? Got color? We've got Moonstone!

On September 6, 2010, Moonstone delivered a BLACK BLACK BLACK male cria, out of Black Forest! Plans are to breed Moonstone back to our 10x Champion, Rumm Runner, for another top quality offspring, and on Jan. 27, 2011, Moonstone was confirmed PREGNANT!

Moonstone is a beautiful Black girl with fineness and genetics that will make anyone proud--Obsydian, Dom Timbo, Black Mesquite and Matador--and deep, rich color to die for. Her conformation, bite and legs are all great, and we are sure she will add incredible value to a breeding program looking for a very nice black girl with fineness. Just look at her histogram: at 2 1/2 years, and 9 months pregnant, she still has maintained her fineness!!

At her first show in October, 2007, the Empire Extravaganza, she took 3rd place in a class of 12. The judge said it was very difficult to determine placing between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd since they were so close. She repeated with a solid

We have to admit that we didn't believe it when River's Edge Alpacas first told us that they had a BLACK Accoyo Peruvian Royal Fawn son. It was love at first sight and we have enjoyed our partnership with Rivers Edge ever since.

He is a handsome black male with outstanding fleece density and excellent fleece character. His presence, coverage, and conformation are also excellent. Black Forest has proven himself and his fleece in shows around the U.S.

Forest lives permanently at Magical Farms. We invite you to visit and look at this truly spectacular black male and his wonderful crias... he is a bold male who is passing along his outstanding qualities to his offspring.

A Forest Moon has fine fleece, with deep rich color and wonderful brightness, and good organization These are the consistent comments from the Halter judges show after show! "Brightest fleece in the class".

A Forest Moon started his Halter Show career with a strong 3rd place in a class of 14 at the 2011 Buckeye Show. Although hampered by a LONG TIME in the ring and hot, humid conditions, the judge commented about Forest Moon's fineness, relative density, long staple length and consistent character.

Looking for a TRUE, TRUE BLACK junior herdsire, this is the boy for you! Deep, rich color out of Championship "colored backgrounds" on both the dam and sire's side! Sired by FULL ACCOYO True Black herdsire, Black Peruvian Royal Forest, out of legendary Royal Fawn, look for this male to follow in the footsteps of other Black Forest progeny, like National Champion STF Jetson.

So if you're breeding for color, consider what A Forest Moon can add to your program after you're done collecting his Show ribbons.
