Wolfgang's Briar Rose

True Black, 30941410, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian

This beauty is the first cria born on our farm. Briar is a splendid little girl who has attitude to back up the beauty. We registered her as a bay black, but upon first shearing in May 07, she is just BLACK! What a shine-she just shimmers! Her fiber is the longest on the farm, with a low micron, just not much crimp. We have bred to a male with great crimp to improve that factor but absolutely nothing could improve how her fiber feels--it is as soft as honey! She does a good job taking care of herself and is completely undaunted by the older girls and shy, she is not! Briar is a Bueno granddaughter. This girl has it all--conformation, fiber, attitude, and a beautiful head to boot!
She has proven to be an easy birther and great mother, who weans her own cria!
We were so pleased with Briar's 2010 cria, we re-bred her to Doc Holiday for 2011.

  My Accoyo Doc Holiday
    Light Fawn, 1392586, Full Peruvian

So would you like to make colored Accoyo's?
If so we just may have the man that you are looking for. My Accoyo Doc Holiday is a fawn full Accoyo out of NWA, LTD Accoyo's Goldsmith and a grandson of the incomparable Peruvian Felix, as well as 8Peruvian Accoyo the Last Don! To put it simply Doc is a rare full Accoyo fawn that descends from pure royalty! We purchased Doc in 2007 with Mobee Mountain Alpacas when we went looking for a full Accoyo herd sire to build on to our existing herd. Well it sure looks like we got the right guy, so far Doc has made a number of cria in differing colors with very dense consistent fiber. It is clear now that Doc has received a dark recessive gene from somewhere in the gene pool. It is too soon to be able to say whether that recessive is black or brown as Doc is a relatively young sire a

ONE very cute little---make that big girl! Beautiful BAY BLACK color with rich black feet and ears and she is 1/2 ACCOYO from OUR herd sire--My Accoyo DOC Holiday!!! She has her dad's "typey" head and easy going laid back personality. And want to talk about fiber? Even our vet claimed "wow, she's thick" while drawing blood! Hmmm and it has crimp too :~) And unreal staple length, this one has it all in order! A wool blocked face to go along with it! The most strikingly beautiful alpaca on the my opinion :)
Phenomenal blood lines with Wolfgang, Peruvian Bueno and Peruvian Celebre on Mom/Briar Rose's side and Peruvian Goldsmith, Peruvian Felix, Peruvian the Last Don and P3 White Lightning on Dad/Doc Holiday's side. How is that for a line-up? Pretty impressive and I think she looks like she can live up to it! In her first show and only show...she brought home a BLUE! Purchase Coco and she comes with two free breeds to any of our available herd sires. Very special girl so don't waste any time coming to check her today...607-397-8051
