BSF Geraldine

Medium Brown, 30607286, 1/4 Chilean, 3/4 Peruvian

Geraldine was Sapphire's first cria. She is one of our favorite Calypsa girls. She arrived right on time and was very perky, cute and inquisitive from day one. Her color is a bright brown, slightly lighter now than her mom's reddish brown color, but carrying her vicuna shading on her belly and inner legs, similar to her grandsire, Peruvian Virtual Vicuna. Her fleece shows her strong Accoyo and Peruvian heritage, dense and extremely crimpy all the way to the very end of her tail! Her fleece is also extremely fine with an AFD of just 20.8, and with a lot of brightness too!

Speaking of genetics, this girl is awesome! Peruvian Virtual Vicuna & Bueno plus Caballero Andante on her dam's side and Felix and Caligula on her sire's side. Could there be any more diversity and excellence in those bloodlines?

She is now maturing into quite a stylish lady with the large captivating eyes of her dam, Sapphire. Geraldine has inherited her sweet disposition and we expect that she wi

  Regalo Gold of Genesis
    Dark Fawn, 1187939, Full Peruvian

Regalo Gold of Genesis came to us from Washington State. Regalo Gold is a full Peruvian, half Accoyo, grandson of 4P Legacy. His sire is from Snowmass and a rare combination of Vicuna and Snowmaster genetics.

Regalo Gold, aka, Rey, is eye-catching with his bright fleece, vigorous presence, and full coverage. While he is classified as fawn, his ears are gray, hinting at a variety of colors that he carries in his lineage.
Regalo's first crias are here! Roxy is a lovely lady with subtle vicuna shading which she inherited from both her dam and sire. She belongs to our friends, Barb and Keith Moore of Meadows Edge farm in Port Norris, NJ. Sargent Frankie is a medium brown boy with vicuna shading and gray ears. He is out of BSF Geraldine and is owned by Barbara Howard of Lake View Alpacas -NJ

Frankie has now become an incredible herd sire and looks like a larger version of his full Peruvian sire, Regalo. He has good bone and very correct conformation, an excellent crimpy fleece with nice density. He has great leg coverage and crimp from his top knot to his tail. His dark fawn color has lots of reddish highlights that look like burnished gold.
He is now ready to breed and would offer a breeding to him at no charge to the right female.
His fleece is a lovely rich reddish brown with golden highlights.
