This girls' pedigree reads like a Who's Who in America. Her dam is a daughter of MFI PERUVIAN JERICHO and granddaughter of 5 PERUVIAN CAMELOT and her sire is MY PERUVIAN OBSYDIAN. And all you need to do is look at her to realize that she has garnered the best from these awesome bloodlines. Marimba is a rich dark brown with black points. She is conformationally correct with a perfect bite but it's her fiber that is her crowning jewel. It is very fine and equally dense with high frequency crimp all the way out the long stapled locks.

Snowmass Conopa's Kahuna was one of two incredible Herdsires we were able to acquire a half interest in from our friends at Tripping Gnome Farm late in 2012.
Because we have shared so many genetics with the Snowmass herd over the years, he is at least distantly related to many of the females in our breeding program. No matter though. There are names in his pedigree that frankly we can never really get enough of. The fact that Kahuna is one powerhouse distillation of them all is really just a bonus as far as we are concerned! Quality begets quality, it's really not rocket science after all.
Though we will most likely shy away from crossing Kahuna too much with the Matrix Majesty daughters (Majesty's mom and Kahuna's paternal granddam are one and the same), that still leaves a load of Cameron and Ring of Fire kids and their descendants for him to pivot off of to say nothing of the amazing crop of Elixir girls when they come of age. We now have our first significant birth c
Another stunning QR Marimba son, half brother to multi-champion Spartan's Silver Lining and son of National Champion Snowmass Conopa's Kahuna.
Kestrel boasts flawless conformation, solid bone, a classic head and fiber that is absolutely stunning. Dense, long-stapled, with zipper crimp out to the tips and extraordinary brightness, Kestrel's fleece is outstanding. His juvenile fleece just won the Brown Color Championship at the Empire Extravaganza Fleece Show 2015. Like his sire, he will grow to be a strong, impressive male.
This young male will bring outstanding genotype and phenotype to your breeding program. If we didn't own his older brother, we would certainly keep Kestrel in our program. We will reserve breedings.
Proudly co-owned with our friends at Faraway Farm Alpacas.
We are offering 5 breedings at $1000 for a limited time. Please call for more information.
