Fable is a light fawn Peruvian dam, with an excellent mix of really nice bloodlines.
She's a solid dam with excellent mothering skills & her babies are absolute show stoppers! Whoo Hoo!!!
She is sired by 'Snowmass XXXtreme'! He is one of the most PREPOTENT colored studs to grace the alpaca breeding world. Julie Skinner said: "His genetic potential is proven in excellence, and after 25 years of selective breeding for the Perfect Color-Producing Alpaca, we are proud to say this is the closest we have come. This stud is exactly what the World Alpaca Market is looking to create in both genetic and textile excellence. Snowmass XXXtreme is the embodiment of all that is Elite in Alpaca.
Fall 2014 Fable gave us a gorgeous rose gray female, we are thrilled!
Jainga is the highly sought after light rose gray color!
Jainga will turn your head & make you do a double take...she has a beautifully balanced, heavy boned conformation & a very fine fleece that glistens, it will make you drool!
Jainga stems from long lines of genetics that are simply awesome! A very fine rose gray was what I wanted when I paired her parents & thankfully that's what I got, very happy with the outcome!
Jainga's sire, Magic's Copperfield, has a stocky conformation, his presence is outstanding and his fiber is beautiful! It is a stunning, super soft, rose grey with gorgeous crimp that looks pink. Copper placed 2nd to Deacon Grey at the Mid America Alpaca Show in a field of 13 grey yearling males. Now that's tough competition! He went on to receive the RESERVE COLOR CHAMPION behind Deacon, who sold for a whopping $90K. The competition was tough at the A-OK Blast Off in Oklahama as well. There were some heavy hitters in the ring with Copper, including MOPACA 2007 Color Champion and Reserve Color Champion, but judge Shannon McConnell had no problem finding his 1st Place Male. Copper went on to receive the COLOR CHAMPION RIBBON. Judge McConnell referred to Copper's fleece as "cool to the touch". You have to feel it to believe it!
