LeJac`s Silver Belle

Dark Silver Grey, 31039253, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian

Congrats to Belle and Starsky! They produced a wonderful True Black boy cria.. welcome Sturgis! The Snowmass genetics keeps proving itsellf... Sturgis is showing the fleece characteristics and strong bones that we have come to appreciate. Check him out!

If you are looking for a gray female with strong gray genetics, Belle is your girl! Belle gave us a wonderful medium gray cria (Sir Marshall) this year.. and he sold shortly after he was weaned! Belle passes her density and handle (and of course, that gorgous gray!).

Belle has a nice square, balanced confirmation with good coverage and consitency of fleece across her blanket. Belle took on her first breeding, with a text book birth. She had milk immediately and was very attentive to her cria.

Buy Belle and get a breed back! A 3-for-one-package... Choose any of our herdsires to breed Belle back to including Starsky, or our up-and-coming rare modern gray, Sir Ashtan

Give us call to see Belle!

  Michael Giavanni's Sir Gibson

Gio is a fifth generation of black and gray and pushes color into his crias. Sir Gibson's grandsire Sterling Apocalypse, is also a multiple ribbon winning herdsire.

Sir Gibson's dam is Melodie's Lyric, a medium silver grey girl, who also consistently pushes her color, density and fleece character into her crias. Lyric herself is also a multi-ribbon winner. Other highlights in Gibson's lineage: Money Maker a multiple ribbon winning herdsire and Rh

Olivia is such a sweetheart! She wants to greet you and see that you are doing.. a common trait for Starsky's offspring. Olivia is true black, with a solid, square frame. Her genetics are packed with the leading producers of gray and black.. from the Snowmass lineage of her sire, to her dam's gray and black multi-generation heritage. Olivia is sure to be a quality black or gray producer!

Olivia's sire is 5th generation gray Sir Gibson, the son of the multi-ribbon winner Michaels Giavanni and granson of the grandson of the famous multi-champion gray Sterling Apocalypse. These genetics are loaded with silver gray genetics, including Legacy of Bolivia (LSG); Silverado (DSG); Silver Medley (MSG); Kash (MSG); Excaliber (LSG); and Money Maker (LSG)

Olivia's dam, LeJac's Silver Belle is a gorgeous dark silver grey girl with award winning genetics. Belle produces high quality crias with sweet personalities. Belle's Sire is Lejacs Larada who shows the strong gray genetic lines inherited from his sire, Sir Ivan. Larada has sired a long list of gray and black crias that have strong fleece character and are color, reserve champions, and multiple ribbon winners. Belle's Dam is RHF Alexis - and Alexis' sire is Viper who is also well known for his gray genetics, and Alexis' Dam - Silver One has generations of gray and black color in her lineage.

This impressive mix of grey genetics on both her sire and dam's sides, make Olivia a truly exceptional female with a propensity for producing some remarkable offspring.

Olivia has a rich true black fleece, that has a soft velvetly feel, with consistent finess. She has a high frequency crimp that you can 'feel', and a very high comfort factor. Her fleece color is bright with a 'shine' and even at her young age, a staple length of greater than 4 inches on less than a full years growth. Her fleece will be ideal for hand spinners, knitters,or crafters to make 'next to skin' products like hats, headbands, gloves, scarfs or sweaters.

Olivia also has excellent conformation, with a balanced frame of 1/3 neck/head, body, and legs. She is of average size and weight with a nice balanced/ above average bone structure, and a nice square stance, even spaced and balanced on all 4 legs, in proper position.

Personality wise Olivia is a very social alpaca and gets along well with both her herdmates, and humans alike. She will established an eating spot, but will move to other spots for hay. Olivia was one of the easiest alpacas to halter train and was very easy to handle on lead, and a delight to work with and be around. She is a real sweetheart that shows an interest in what you are doing.. and anything new gets a 'long look and a sniff'.

We expect that Olivia will be a solid foundation female - with a propensity to produce show quality cria. Olivia is maturing quickly, with good size... she should be ready to breed in Spring 2017. She would be best bred to a stud who carries good density and crimp, to maintain her already excellent qualities. Olivia will be a good dam for anyone wanting to breed for show quality gray or black offspring, add to or upgrade the grey/black genetics in their breeding program or produce high quality black products.

With exceptional award winning grey and black genetics, outstanding potential to produce show quality cria, and fantastic shiny black fleece, Oliva would be a beautiful addition to any herd, especially one wanting award winning black or gray genetics.
