Medium Rose Grey, 32132755, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian
Hi, my name is Rockabilly Baby, and I am an appaloosa alpaca. I am grey when you part my fleece, but I appear to be "champagne colored" or a weird beige from the outside. Once you part my fleece, take note of the 6"+staple at just 6 months of age. Then check out my zipper crimp style with bundles falling to the sides as you check out my fineness. Buttery soft, that's me! Super Density! yes, you can't feel my skin without some effort at getting down deep into the fleece. Oh yes, did I mention that there is NOT ONE WHITE FIBER anywhere on me!, plus I have a "beautiful body" too! I have really thick legs and coverage to the toes, plus I have a wide chest and wide booty - great for future cria production! Thanks to my full accoyo grandfather (Accoyo Mcgwire), I got the best of everything - including size and personality! My farm mom is selling me to make room for many more crias to come this year. She says anyone that buys me will be very happy and that I should make some awesome of
Silverton was born on my farm. One of the last grey males sired by 5Peruvian Socosani. I kept this male because he was not only perfect in every way, he was solid grey, but most of all, he was FULL PERUVIAN. I also own his dam, Noel, she has been a stellar production female on my farm for along time. Silverton is almost the spitting image of his sire, but his fleece is a knock out. It is super fine, super long, super tight gorgeous crimp, and consistant in color with just 1 black spot on his side. He has a gorgeous top knot, thick and long. Silverton took to breeding very well, he sired 7 grey crias last summer (2015). He has moved into the #1 or #2 spot in my herdsire row. I have thoroughly tested this male with dams of all colors, not only do I get grey 99.9% of the time, I also get fine crimpy fleece....leading to the conclusion that he can improve upon most any dam you bring to him. He hs also been popular with outside breedings, and clients are waiting on at least 4 crias
WOW, Silver Edition, he needs to be bred and proven! Not just for the possibility of appy and harlequin offspring, but for the amazing fiber on this grey herdsire. The density and fineness and amazing! Offspring from the only rose grey full accoyo, McGwire are rare and top quality! Look what happened with Chiquita and McGwire! I will be happy to hold onto this one if he does not sell, and I won't let him go to just anyone. THis is one of the best... Look at his half brother Independence! Independence is the densest grey male ever tested. The coverage, density, crimp, fineness are all amazing.... nothing lacking here.
