Ellen is a strapping young girl with luxurious coverage, density, and excellent bone. Her fiber has a lovely fineness and is nicely crimped. She has a very straight topline and carries herself with nice poise. Her sire is an outstanding son of 1/2 Accoyo Kilimanjaro ( an Accoyo Caligula son owned by Champion Alpacas) and Ellen has inherited her beautiful fiber character from him. Her rich black color comes from her dam who is true black.

We are looking forward to taking Ellen to the OABA Alpacafest in Novemeber as part of our show group and have confidence that she will be very competitive. Her price includes a breeding to any of Whistler's Glen herdsires when she reaches maturity, and we would strongly recommend Chance, our true black full Peruvian proven herdsire. To see what a combination of the Caligula line and Chance can produce, look at true black Chance de la Noche under junior herdsires. His fiber character is that of a high-end white with incredible density, high frequency deep crimping, and twisting bundles. As the Chance cria hit the show ring next spring, and begin to dominate the dark colors, Chance's availability will begin to be limited and fee will increase. Don't miss out on this very reasonable opportunity for a show-stopping black cria and a female who will produce black for many years to come.
