TKA Amberina

Pattern, 817291, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian

Amberina is a Silversmith Granddaughter. She has a solid blanket color of MF although she does have some white on her head and on her legs.

She is an excellent Mom with easy births and abundant milk. Her current cria born 040505 weighed 18# when he was born and gained 12 # in 15 days!!! Shamokin was up and nursing in 20 minutes and we will be watching him closely for herdsire potential.

  Samson Corazon El Victor
    Beige, 833841, 1/4 Chilean, 3/4 Peruvian

Sammy "works out" daily and his muscles have muscles! Our shearer said that she has never seen a more muscular alpaca male and she has shorn thousands of alpacas!

The "proof is in the pudding" and Sammy's first cria are on the ground and they are striking to say the least. Sammy's first son, Shamokin, in only five months old and is already orgling, forcing females to the ground and trying to breed them!

Sammy is 1/2 Accoyo and has excellent coverage. A phenomenal aspect of Sammy is the fleece length of his blanket AND neck fiber. His blanket at four years old is till over 5" and his neck fiber length is 4"! He also has excellent uniform crimp and amplitude and is holding his fineness. Sammy has excellent uniformity of color and there is absolutely no secondary color contamination.

Sammy has taken numerous 1st Place ribbons in Halter, Fleece and Shorn Classes.

Sammy is easy to handle and has learned when a female is "ready" so he is assertive when

Shamokin was born strong (18#) and was up nursing within 20 minutes! He is going to have excellent coverage from the top of his head to the tips of his toes (both front legs and back legs).

His fleece has a "lotion feel" to it which is indicative of a "well nourished fleece" and is full of crimp and knots all over his body. Although Shamokin has some white on his face and under his chin, his blanket is a solid medium fawn (no color contamination) and he fades to light fawn in his belly and legs. He was also born with a beard!!!

He has exquisite fleece and is prized by spinners!
