Acero Marka's Fabulous Fawn

Medium Fawn, 148181, Bolivian

  Patagonia's Compadre
    True Black, 818694, Full Chilean

Compadre is a magnificent True Black Herd Sire from strong black genetics. Born October 12, 1999, he is one of the best alpacas ever produced at Alpacas de la Patagonia. Now with 21 cria born he is producing some of Patagonia's best cria and proving his prepotency. He has stamped out in every cria his beautiful head, strong bone, solid conformation, great density & fineness, and extreme luster, hand, crimp & lock definition. Compadre also has extremely strong black color genetics. He has produced 100% Black when bred to Black and twice when bred to Grey and has produced Grey. When bred to Whites, Fawns and Browns he has thrown Black 41% of the time and so far has always produced cria darker than color of the dam. Combine these traits with his 8 lb Shear Wt, an adjusted spinning fineness of 18 microns at 2 years of age and it's clear that Compadre is a World Class Herd Sire, a must have in any breeding program.

Compadre has an exceptional genetic background. His Dam ( True Blac

Compadre’s Fabulous Feliz

Listed by Justin & Joyce Radloff of Ontario, WI

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Feliz was awarded a blue ribbon at the 2006 Futurity and she is everything you would expect out of a Futurity winner. She has perfect conformation in addition to the some of the finest and densest black fleece we have ever seen. In addition to all of the phonotypical traits, she is simply a joy to have on the farm. She was bottle fed as a baby because her dam had mastitis, so she is friendly, but not overly friendly either.

She is a great attentive mother that has a ton of milk. Her first cria was KV Wasbi and she is a true black Color Champion. Her second cria is a dark brown male and he is looking pretty sharp too. We bred Feliz back to our seven-time champion KV Valiant and got a nice dark brown male. We currently have her bred to Midnight Man, 2005 National Reserve Champion, and we are sure this cria is going to be special!

Feliz sells pregnant, with a live birth guarantee.
