GRACELAND FARM'S Hemicoyo Camilla

Dark Fawn, 851349, Full Peruvian

Hemingway granddaughter on one side and Accoyo Pperuvian Timoteo on the other, added to gray genetics on her dam’s side--simply put, Camilla is the first to catch everyone’s attention. Her stance is always, always very erect and her lustrous buttery dark fawn fleece carries the “Hemingway” traits of high amplitude crimp, uniformity, coverage down to her toes, along with excellent density and a staple length over 6” at shearing.

Camilla gave us a beautiful boy last year, passing along ALL of her excellent fleece characteristics to Hunter along with an absolutely gorgeous color that makes one think of a shiny copper penny! She is currently being bred to Snowmass Nova--imagine adding Peruvian Drambuie and Peruvian Casanova genetics to the lineup that Camilla already carries herself! This is really going to be one we’ll be waiting for with “baited breath”!

  Coffee Pot Bodacious
    True Black, 821863, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian

Son of 4PERUVIAN BLACK MAGIC 6025, Coffee Pot Bodacious can be your one stop shop to strengthen a dark color breeding program. His True Black fleece is consistent in color and handle from neck to tail. Coffee Pot Bodacious consistentlly yields an excess of 9 pounds of fleece at shearing.

Crias del Cielo Hunter  (Hemingway Grandson!)

When Hunter was born, we couldn’t believe the gorgeous color that makes one think of a shiny copper penny! And as Hunter has grown, we’ve been delighted to find that all of his fleece qualities just keep getting better and better! His staple length is still excellent for his age and his density (inherited from both sides of his lineage!) is amazing. He's the one we worry least about when the temps fall down to zero or below. He still has beautiful crimp and that shine that just won’t stop. At 7 years of age, he is a very macho boy....nothing shy or retiring about this guy and he's definitely got the "attitudinal strut"! He is also, by far, the most "ready to go" stud in the barn and that has translated into his 2 crias, which are both beautiful and exceptionally healthy daughters-when bred to white, he produced a brown girl with very dark gray muzzle and points. When bred to brown, he produced a very feminine white girl. Both girls have lovely fleece, both very dense with good crimp, and the white girl's fleece is exceptionally bright! We are unfortunately no longer breeding due to limited space, resources, and time; therefore we feel strongly that this is one of those small farm, diamonds-in-the-rough that is sadly a very high-quality animal who is not being utilized.
When one realizes that Hunter’s lineage incorporates Hemingway, Timotea, and 4Peruvian Black Magic, it would seem obvious that you just can’t go wrong by adding these genes into your herd!

Therefore, we are now offering full interest for the same price we were previously asking for only 1/2 interest.

*****PLEASE NOTE*****
We will also consider a trade of Hunter for hay or roofing, construction, or septic services as well!
