Thompson Hollow Francesca of Summer

Medium Brown, 820297, 1/8 Bolivian, 7/8 Peruvian

Thompson Hollow Francesca of Summer, or Frannie, is a 3/4 Peruvian dark fawn. Bred to the multi-blue ribbon winner THA Peruvian Macusani's He's A Hoot, in 2003, Frannie gave us the amazing rose-grey, Hooty's Phantom a multi ribbon winner in all fleece competitions he has entered. The next year, bred to THA Dark King, a Reserve Champion she has delivered , Gentle Whisper. In true Frannie style she has, on time(!) delivered the gorgeous, light fawn and white cria. With a bay black sire, whose dam was white, Frannie has brought us this ray of sunlight, with help of her white heritage. Frannie then bred to THA Mustafa, a dark fawn, whose crias all have amazing fiber, delivered to us a lovely, dense, dark true black female, Sienna Rose. Fran, then bred to Shalimar Alpaca's General Sucre, (a Pachacuti(Studmaster) son and a multi ribbon winner) delivered a lovely 24# white female! She is now bred to Silver Titanium, a handsome light rose grey son of HA Shades of Grey, sired by 5Peruvian Sil

  Silver Titanium of Peru 02
Light Rose Grey, 838163, Full Peruvian

We are proud to have Silver Titanium of Peru standing stud with Rosehaven Alpacas for 2007. Take a look to see if Titanium fits into your breeding program. He looks amazingly like his very famous sire HA Shades of Grey, and his fleece has all the same richness as his grandsire, another famous alpaca, 5Peruvian Silverado.

Titanium began his breeding career spring 2005 at Brookhollow Farm. He has had his first girl - a nice large brown girl - that you can see on Nancy Johanson's Brookhollow alpacasite - her name is Liberty.

Look at the great density of fleece and come by so you can feel the lovely handle. Top that off with being 3rd generation grey - and you have a great herdsire. If you are looking to add grey to your herd look no further than Titanium.

Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Calypso sports the loveliest of DRG blankets! With her sire's three generation grey, not surprising to see how her color evolved. She has great presence and tight crimp.
She is an extremely dense yearling, with good architecture and handle which judges have remarked about when she won her ribbons. Her sire is an HA Shades of Gray son and 5Peruvian Silverado grandson.

Judged at PAOBA 2008, she won a 2nd Place ribbon, with the judge complimenting her handle and architecture, with "both dark light and dark staples equally fine". And at the AFCNA 2008 Show, she was again complimented for her fleece's weight and character for her color group and given a 2nd Place.

She has just taken a 2nd at EAE halter, DRG Yearling with the judge complimenting her fine micron and "lovely handle". She ribboned behind a Futurity winnerWe look forward to breeding her next Summer, perhaps to our True Black son of Neruda, Patagonia's Benicio.
