White Color Champion (fleece) AND Best Huacaya Crimp 2007 Nationals, First Place 2006 AOBA Nationals plus 2 more color championships. Shorn at 4 weeks old because she was so hot under all that fiber, her staple grew to a massive mound. At the Kentucky Classic show Gem was 11 months old and her fiber was so long that Mike Safley commented "she almost has too much fiber on her." So, she was shorn before Nationals and entered in the Composite class and our suspicions were confirmed - bare naked we could see her flawless conformation and, as the fiber was displayed on the judge's table, Gem's mound of fiber was more than double the size of any other alpaca in her class - and Gem was the smallest and youngest in the class!
9/10/07 Gem gave birth to a beautiful light fawn female cria sired by SuperNova's Quattro. An unassisted birth, followed by ample milk supply and exquisite mothering skills - truly a blessing.
This is an awesome white male! This one will go straight to the head of the class. Quattro will be standing at Stachowski Alpacas, our partner in this fine white male. We are pleased to announce Quattro's 1st confirmed pregnancy from his very first breeding. Limited outside breedings will be available. Stachowski Alpacas/Chardon Alpaca Ranch half price client discount applies!
Those who know their genetics will know exactly what this girl is. She is the cream that rises to the top. "Unbelievable" is what everyone who sees her says. And, now, we are getting the very same response to her 2010 cria - a truly exceptional cria that is sure to be shown off. We are keeping her 2010 cria; he'll be a welcome addition to our herdsire offerings. He is a beautiful light/medium fawn - looks exactly like Jubilee.
Out of two exceptional whites comes this beautiful medium fawn female. (registered light fawn and, after shearing, take a look at how dark her fiber is - see photo of her fiber bag) What a blessing she is - whether she's light fawn, medium fawn, or somewhere in between. A flawless beauty - 100% quality.
With a pedigree like hers, not much more needs to be said. She is a perfect blend of her parents' genetics. If you want to own the best, here she is!
