  The Alianza Prophecy
    White, 1218527, Full Peruvian

Almost every alpaca breeder knows the great Hemingway. Someday he will have a successor. Could this young male be the one to fulfill The Alianza Prophecy? We wouldn't have named him so if we didn't think so. Everyone thinks their own alpacas are the best, so I won't bother to tell you why we think this little macho will be the next Hemingway. Come and decide for yourself. Is The Alianza Prophecy the heir to the Hemingway throne? There are many other great contenders out there already. His father Predictor is one of them. We think Prophecy will surpass his father. But don't wait too long to check him out. His fleece just won the purple banner for Judge's Best at the ABWNY show, out of 80 fleeces entered! We are offering a remarkably low introductory breeding fee (first ten) of $500, for breedings completed in the 2006 calendar year, because we feel that the crias produced from these breedings will prove that we can raise his fee much higher in the future. A breeding to My Peruvian Chance or Annedele's Thor is included with his price.

Col. Sanders presents a bit of a quandary for us. He is the most dense alpaca every born on our farm. He has slippery, shiny, wet, waxy, crimpy fleece. And he has extra skin rolls down his neck, legs, and body. He is built like a little tank. He is a light shade of beige.

He looked quite like the Kentucky Colonel from birth and that is how he got his name. I have to admit however, that when attending the Breeder's Choice Auction, I found a new body double for him when they brought Titan up on the stage. Our colonel looks like someone put Titan in a shrinky dink machine and turned it on.

His genetics include such notables as K2, Hemingway, and Peruvian Chocolateer. His dam is a lovely girl named Semillion who is squarely conformed and has a very appealing head. His sire is a multiple ribbon winner.

Our quandary lies with what to do with this little gem. We don't breed for such a light color and we had an overabundance of promising males in 2007. We cannot do justice to them all so here is your chance to win his ribbons! If you don't do shows we will proudly do the showing for you.
