Steele Magnolia

Medium Silver Grey, 850255, 1/2 Peruvian, 1/2 Other/Unknown

Steele Magnolia is the much anticipated offspring of our best true black female, Peaceful Valley Grace, and the undisputable powerhouse of grey genetics, Aussie Rockford. Maggie is an absolutely stunning silver grey girl. Her pedigree is a phenomenal combination of black and grey genetics perfectly balanced with Accoyo/Peruvian bloodlines from Yupanqui, Felix, and Guellermo.

Maggie's dam, Grace, is a Michelangelo daughter who displays an elegance and presence that is captivating. Grace's award winning history at halter and fleece always placed her at the top of her class. Maggie's sire, Aussie Rockford, is a 1/2 Accoyo silver grey proving himself a prepotent male with an enviable record of over 90% grey or black offspring from a variety of dam colors. He is a national award winning male whose show career highlights included 1st place at 2000 CABA, Estes Park, and Sun City Sizzle, 2nd at AOBA nationals; and 1st place at 2001 AOBA nationals at halter and fleece.

Cadence is the predictable result of breeding our Color Champion grey Rockford daughter, Steele Magnolia to 7X Color Champion SA Peruvian Black Epic whose get to date have earned 47 Championships. We registered Cadence as a bay black, but as she is maturing, it is apparent she is going to be jet black like her sire. She color checked at all of her shows so far as true black.

Barely old enough to make the spring shows this year, she is showing well for her young age. So far always the youngest in the class she is standing out even in level V competition. This lady sports a stylish phenotype, balanced conformation, and stunning head. Her fleece is very bright, fine and with a silky hand you find in high end blacks. She was not cria tipped as a fall baby, and when the tui fleece comes off, she will be one to watch in the show ring, and as a top end breeding female.

She is absolutely stunning. The judges comments validate her "very fine yet dense fleece, with a consistency of character throughout. She is a balanced, proportional girl with a very attractive head style." We were lucky to produce four awesome female cria last year, and any one of them will fit nicely into our breeding program. So we are listing Cadence along with our two Aussie Rockford daughters for you to choose who is the best fit for your breeding program.

If black is your passion with an interest in grey, Cadence should be strongly considered. Her four generation pedigree is heavily weighted in black and grey with star quality ancestors of Black Epic, Black Magic, Aussie Rockford, Hannahruh, Michelangelo, Pperuvian Felix, Pperuvian Guellermo, and Pperuvian Yupanqui. Talk about a who's who in the alpaca world. Epic's current stud fee is $5000, and with Cadence you don't have to wait a year hoping for a female. Here she is ready to go.
