Emelise Alpacas is beyond thrilled to have Neveda in our herdsire row! As 2009 AOBA National Conference/World Fleece Show Fawn Color Champion, Nevada is an awesome blending of the lines of Jeremiah and Donovan. He is a multiple champion and he (and more importantly his progeny) is INCREDIBLE!

Nevada is a rich dark fawn color with a highly-advanced fleece exhibiting high-amplitude, high frequency crimp. His fleece is amazingly bright with incredible density and staple length packed on a solid frame with outstanding conformation. As a matter of fact, his fleece scored a perfect weight score of '20', which is very rare and the highest score that can be achieved. His awe inspiring ultrafine blanket extends all the way down his belly, with no detectable change past his knees and up his neck into his topknot.

Nevada's sire, Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, is a 6 time Herdsire of the Year. Jeremiah produces many colors and we have gotten the same from Nevada.

We are so pleased and excited to present May. She is a sweetheart of a young lady that will catch your eye and draw you in as soon as you meet her. Her glowingly bright, uniform, fine, fine fleece with long staple just makes you melt as soon as you touch it! Her conformation and bite are without fault and her pedigree rounds out this perfect package! Her juvenile fleece was shown at Nationals and the judge had this to say..."This fleece has beautiful brightness - wow! Soft, well nourished hand, with excellent uniformity and staple length!" and scored an 18.5/20 for fineness and handle. She is just what all serious breeders should be adding to their program.

She is sired by our World Fleece champion Jeremiah son, LMFI and TNT Peruvian Neveda and is a strong representation of what he has consistently produced for us. Her dam's line is chock full of strong Peruvian and Accoyo genetics that round out this powerhouse.

We are extremely excited to get May back in the show ring where she got very high praise from all the senior judges to whom she was shown. This second fleece without the cria tips is even more impressive, tightly crimped and bright. If you act quickly, we will stand back and cheer for you as you collect those ribbons (and dare we say banners) for your own farm. After you are done showing her, May can be bred to any of the exciting options at Arrow Acres or Emelise Alpacas.

May is proudly co-owned with Arrow Acres and is currently residing on their farm.
