Alpaca Heights Midnight's Phoenix Sold!
Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Here's a Captain Midnight Jax son destined to be a quality future herdsire. He always has a very erect posture (just like dad), and his fiber is blue ribbon quality. Phoenix already has distinct locks of mega-crimp and very dense for a young animal. Legs are very straight, just like all of the Captain Midnight offspring to date. Birth weight was 19 lbs. IgG was 1350, and gestation length was 341 days with a very easy birth. Phoenix is a Full Brother to true black Midnight Pacer, and 1/2 Brother to Midnight's Maverick also listed on this site. If you're looking for a nice male you can grow up with and train for upcoming shows, this guy has great possibilities for you to be very competitive in either Halter or Fiber competition. Price to increase as he matures and it certainly will as there are few Captain Midnight offspring available for purchase and I only offer a few outside breedings to him each year.

Very consistent producer of high quality offspring. She possesses one of the thickest topknots I've seen. Her micron at 7 years of age just came back at a very respectable 26.

  Captain Midnight Jax
    True Black, 809833, Peruvian

Affectionately known as 'Bob' around here since he was called Buffalo Bob on Jack & Miriam Donaldson's farm where he was born, visitors to my farm spot this guy and go 'Wow'! Commanding presence, True black, full Peruvian, perfect conformation. He has excellent density and coverage. His dam was one of Alpaca Jack's outstanding Peruvian females, Peruvian Amber Essence out of Peruvian Gold Rush and I consider her to be one of the most beautiful animals I've ever seen. His sire, Midnight Express, is known for his ability to put BLACK crias on the ground from light colored dams. Captain Midnight is one of just a few solely owned black Peruvian males standing stud in Michigan.
