ALH Peruvian Midnight's Monet Sold!
Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Captain Midnight has put offspring on the ground that turn your head, and I can already see his confident attitude & presence in this little girl. Monet is blessed with not only Black parents, but Black grandsires on both the Dam and Sire side. She is exhibiting very high quality at this young age with her kinky, dense fiber and straight legs. Monet's IgG was 1833 and birth weight was 14.4. She runs like the wind with her tail out showing off for everyone to notice.

Update: Monet now weighs 32.3 lbs. on Oct. 25 and eats grain, hay, & pasture grass like a little trooper. She's really a beauty. At 6 months of age I expect her to look like a brown version of her full sister, Black Velvet Angel, pictured at the right, taken at 6 months. Velvet was the 2003 offspring from this same dam & sire and recently took 3rd out of 6 at MIAF 2004, her first show. Another trait this mom has consistently thrown is lovely, super woolly teddy-bear fluffy ears on her babies which she had as a youngster herself.

Owner financing with 25% down, monthly or quarterly payments over 12 months at 0% interest. Purchaser needs to list my farm as loss payee on their insurance coverage until animal is paid in full. Full reproductive guarantee on all animals purchased from Alpaca Heights.

Alpaca Heights Midnight Miranda

True Black, 823746, Full Peruvian

Coming from a sire that is known for his black offspring and high rate of female births, this foundation female is one of the true stars on the farm. Her 2003 cria, Black Velvet Angel, hit the ground with blinding luster and that rich black color. She captured 3rd out of 6 at MIAF 2004, her first show.

  Captain Midnight Jax
    True Black, 809833, Full Peruvian

Commanding presence, True black, full Peruvian, perfect conformation. He has excellent density and coverage. His dam was one of Alpaca Jack's outstanding Peruvian females from their select herd of huacayas (prior to breeding suris exclusively), named Peruvian Amber Essence out of Peruvian Gold Rush, one of the most beautiful animals I've ever seen and her offspring have been AOBA Champions. His sire, Midnight Express, is known for his ability to put BLACK crias on the ground from light colored dams. Captain Midnight is one of just a few solely owned black Peruvian males standing stud in Michigan.
