Aphrodite is a stunning jet-black alpaca. She has consistently produced high-quality, ribbon-winning offspring with great conformation and exceptional fleece.
AOBA show judge Mike Saffley commented: “This girl has exceptional fineness and crimp for a black. Whatever breeding produced this girl, that’s a breeding that should be repeated over and over again.”
Mary Z. Reed, AOBA show judge, had this to say about Aphrodite: “There isn’t a thing I would do to change this girl. Look at that bone! She has excellent bone … and great coverage. Look at the coverage on her legs! This is an excellent animal. Congratulations!”

Alpine Alpacas and Cherry Run Farm have just purchased most of Debbie and Barry Bartmasser's exceptional herd, including the highly regarded Cloud line, led by Orlando Cloud. The judges have raved about this male from the time he hit the show circuit, and his offspring are now following in his footsteps with multiple Championships and Reserve Championships. When bred to grey or black his cria's colors have been 100% grey or true black with the exception of one which
