Aurora Farm Moonlight Shadow Sold!
Print Listing | Certificate | Histogram

Shadow is a TGF Diesel (now in Virginia) son out of our Night Sprite. He is about 1/2 Chilean and 1/2 Peruvian.

He is registered True Black but he may in fact be a Bay Black but it has been difficult to tell for sure on his tui fleece.

He has a wonderful fine, soft fleece at 17.3 microns. It has a lovely crimp and hopefully will grow in nicely after his first shearing. He would make a nice fiber or companion animal. But with he stylish head and nice straight upright confirmation he may also be able to produce as well. Their are lots of options with this youngster!

We will gladly discount Shadow with the purchase of multiple animals.

FMF Night Sprite

True Black, 31095082, Full Chilean

NEWS FLASH Sprite produced a lovely bay black (true black?) cria on May 21st by Diesel, Flying Pony Alpacas.

Sprite is a very fine fleeced true black girl. She does tip out in the sunshine but is not a bay black.

Sprite is of full Chilean heritage and has lots of color in her background including gray. She is the daughter of our Noches and sister to Mystery.

She produced a true black girl in May of 2012 and a bay black male in May 2013. We will also add in an additional breeding to one of our fully owned herdsires for 2014 -lots of value with this girl.

    Bay Black, 30825567, Peruvian

Sired by the great Snowmass Legacy Gold who is the only male to take double Futurity Breed and Color Championships at the 1999 & 2000 Futurities in Oklahoma City. In 2005, Legacy Gold at 7 years old, had an impressive histogram of 23.6, 4.7, 19.8%, 7.3% curv-41.2
Diesel is following close behind his sire. He is an awesome dark brown male with a very fine, dense fleece with great crimp style and handle. He has amazing coverage from his phenotypically perfect head all the way down his legs. He is a strong boned male that will be anxious to breed.
He has done well in the few shows he has been to, especially the Carolina Classic show in Concord, NC where he placed second in his class and the went on to take a Reserve Color Championship!!
