DMSO is dimethyl sulfo something. It is a liquid. I've gotten it from Valley Vet, but our vet carries it also. The Witches Brew is supposedly good for mites too. BUT - Our vet gave us a warning not to use it on pregnant girls (I think because of the DMSO).

For the antibiotic smear it on the crud - just you would on a scrape on yourself.,

HI mara
Thank you for that I will give it a try so do you inject them or just swab it on the scabby bits in the nose

Hi Judith
I have found the witches brew but I sent the lady a message about one of the ingredients I think it was DMSO one of those as I have no idea what it is and she has not gotten back to me I have tried several times.

Light Livestock carries the "witch's brew" that works well on munge. Or you can make your own = I think the recipe is somewhere here on the Forum. Try searching for witch's brew.

I don't know if we had true munge or not, but we put Neosporin (or similar antibiotic) on crunchy crud and it helps clear it up.
