Well, I don't do well with the wheelbarrow thing anymore, and the spreader that I tried to use to spread the gypsum, just won't do the job. My gravel guy told me that the only way I would get that stuff spread, is to get a manure spreader, mix it with the manure, and then spread it. I would do the cookie and cake thing, but the only person here who works on the farm is me, myself and I, and those three don't have any time to bake. LOL

We have one down here on the poor side of the tracks in Texas that works pretty well......All that is needed is some food/water now and then....a homemade cake or cookie and a sturdy wheelbarrow and shovel...My wife calls it "Her Husband Mike"....

I am also looking for a small manure spreader. If memory serves me right, there was a small one made but I don't recall the name. I have been told to look at Millcreek spreaders, and saw one that might do, but I was trying to find one that was a bit smaller. It was advertised for alpaca farms. Anyone remember the name?

Not sure where you're located. We have a Conestoga - made in Lancaster County, PA. Peckway is another good brand, also made in Lancaster County.

I know Conestoga does business all over the country - don't know how they deliver. We picked ours up.
