The only one I've ever had seize was a yearling who went from ataxia in the morning to cushed and unable to rise by afternoon to full-blown seizures by the following morning and was euthanized at Cornell by noon. They claim they found an adult meningeal Worm in his brain upon necropsy. If it was, it was the fastest and most severe onset and death from meningeal that I've ever seen or heard of . Clearly yours cannot be from m-worm or your girl would have gone down long before now. I agree that blood work should be done and calcium tried but I'd also add thiamine which will help if there is some neurological damage.

If she is still nursing, you might try giving her some calcium. Low calcium can cause this problem. What does your vet say? Was any blood work done after the first seizure? I would certainly have blood work done now if it wasn't done then.
good luck.
