I have a female that has very dry skin the shearer said it was zinc deficiency and now her cria has got it around his mouth what is the best treatment for zinc deficiency please.

We have used ZinPro in the past, a powder you sprinkle on the food. Some people put zinc plated pipe fittings in the water buckets, and I have done that as well. If it doesn't clear up I would call your vet...
