I tried getting on the AN site this morning and it keeps telling me the password is incorrect. When I hit the tab to get a new password, it tells me the email address is not existant. What do I need to do?

I'd either call or email customer service. It may be awhile before they happen to see this post. Perhaps if you've just upgraded to Windows 10 it may have affected your logins (although I just did, and it hasn't bothered mine).
